Private and Public Tastings
Public and private tastings is where you can learn that everyone has a different palate. We can help you understand that Whiskey tasting is a skill that can be learned and refined with practice. It involves using your senses of sight, smell, taste and touch to appreciate the nuances and complexities of different types of whiskey. You can be brought back in time where certain aromas and tastes will pull forth memories of special times and places. It’s a fun and rewarding experience as you taste, nose and experience the caramel, vanilla, wood, sweet and savory flavors and smells of whiskey. We will guide you through the tasting from the colors and clarity of whiskey to the nice warm “Kentucky Hug” of a fine bourbon. We will open your senses to new aromas, tastes, flavors that you may not have ever experienced before.
Education & History
Come with us on a unique journey through history and enrich your tasting experience with how whiskey and bourbon influenced our past, both here in America and abroad. We will enlighten you with fun factoids of how bourbon influenced or was a presence of many of our nation’s historical moments. We will tailor a class or event around particular whiskey “regions” such as Kentucky’s Bourbon Capital Region or Tennessee’s Central Region as well as Irish Whiskey and Local craft distilleries in your area
Corporate Events
Let us develop a corporate bourbon & whiskey tasting event for you and your team(s). You'll get to sample some great whiskies, learn about their history and production, and mingle with your colleagues in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It is a great opportunity to help your employees unwind and relax while enjoying some liquid gold. We will combine any of our pairing and tasting events to develop a unique corporate experience.
Community Events
We can develop a very special event for your local community or community organizations. We have done fundraising events, barbeque and food events as well as crafted instructional events for communities, homeowner associations, fire departments, American Legions and VFW’s. Let’s discuss how we can consult with you and your organizations to provide a one of kind, enjoyable experience with bourbon and whiskey.
Charity Fundraisers
We love to help charities and fundraisers. Bringing in a bourbon and whiskey specialist to consult on dinner menus, pairings and tastings brings a special feel to your fundraising events. We can provide a customized event for your tricky trays and other silent auction events.
Private Parties
We would be delighted to help you elevate your private party. We can personally develop a tasting, pairing and guidance to enhance your private party. We can come onsite and guide your guests through tasting, enjoying and experiencing whiskey and bourbon. We will add a little history, trivia and knowledge to our discussions to elevate your guests’ experience as they taste the various selections of the evening.
Parties & Special Occasions
Our services also make great gifts for Birthday, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Anniversary celebrations. Bring us in to help Dad relax on his special day and taste some fine whiskies or relax with a special cigar and whiskey pairing.
Treat that birthday gal or guy to a special whiskey event. Bring in a special caterer and we can work with them to pair selections to their food choices.
